Fast Concept Indian Restaurant takes 1700 sq. ft. in Essex County, Midtown Commercial says
An Indian Restaurant has leased 1,700 square feet at a small strip center in Essex Country, in a newly announced deal by Midtown Commercial Realty.
The brokerage firm said the operator, will occupy the space at 113 South Livingston Drive in Livingston. Midtown Commercial Realty agent Kristin Tesei and Adam Kushins of Jeffery Realty brokered the transaction.
This will be a great addition to the town of Livingston as the first Indian Restaurant to serve the community” said Kristin Tesei. The Restaurant is due to open in Q1 2022.
