Kearny Bank Lease

Midtown Commercial Realty and JLL recently completed a relocation for Kearny Bank in Springfield, NJ. The endcap position, located at 223 Mountain Avenue, is a 3,187 square foot former bank branch with multiple drive thrus. Marta Villa from JLL represented Kearny Bank while Cheryl Darmanin, Lori Hascsak, Etan Tammam and Carlo Caparruva represented the Landlord.

In a joint statement released by the Midtown agents, "The bank branch was vacant for a few years after the relocation of Valley National Bank. We had multiple users interested in the property and the corridor ranging from retail to medical and financial. In the end, Kearny Bank was the best fit for the property and the Landlord."
