Aruvant Sciences Lease

A biosciences research firm has just opened a new office in Millburn NJ at the Courtyard Building. Aruvant Sciences, a specialist in gene therapies took space in Downtown Millburn after relocating from Time Square. Carlo Caparruva and Etan Tammam brokered the deal on behalf of the Tenant with Cary Heller of Sym Heller Associates the Landlord.

"After moving out of Manhattan, Aruvant had alot of options and things to consider. They liked Millburn as it was close to home for many of the employees yet they could get to the City or Newark Airport via mass transit." said Caparruva. "Cary Heller did a great job working with the construction requirements of the tenant who wanted to create a unique experience for their employees, investors and visitors post COVID."
